Assistant Store Manager Position in Kay Jewelers Outlet. Duties include assisting the Store Manager, maintaining daily focus on standards, achieving sales and profit projections, contributing to customer satisfaction, developing skills and product knowledge of team members, recruiting and selecting team members, enforcing policies and procedures, and performing operational and strategic duties.
