Compensation & Schedule: 15/16 days per month (183 shifts/year): Total Compensation $300k Option to pick up additional shifts for extra income RVU and quality incentives, paid monthly with a 60-day delay Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance CME allowance 401(k) with employer match Malpractice coverage with tail assistance Responsibilities: Manage a daytime patient census of 18–22 patients on average Work alongside an APP who assists with daily admissions No procedures or codes required Utilize Epic EMR for all documentation and patient management Qualifications: Board-certified/eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Hospitalist experience preferred but not required
