Stable, growing company with opportunities for upward advancement Ability to collaborate directly with business leaders to make direct impact in a high visibility environment Responsibilities include: Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and journal entries Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax laws, and internal policies Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance and performance feedback Collaborate with other departments to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, internal controls, and reporting efficiency Requirements: 7 years of accounting experience including leadership (required) Degree in Finance or Accounting (required) Experience in revenue recognition, job costing, WIP, sales tax, or construction accounting (required) Ability to go on site 5 days a week Salary $120-135k To be immediately considered, APPLY NOW!
