Job Summary:
Aspire Senior Living Moberly, a skilled nursing facility located in Moberly, MO, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As a Registered Nurse at Aspire Senior Living Moberly, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents through providing high-quality personal care services in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans and as directed by the Director of Nursing
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Conduct thorough assessments of residents' physical and emotional needs and develop individualized care plans
Monitor and report any changes in residents' conditions to the care team
Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, and interdisciplinary care team members
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve resident outcomes and satisfaction
