Remote Vacation Planner

To assist clients in creating personalized vacation experiences, the Remote Vacation Planning Coordinator will research destinations, manage client communications, and coordinate reservations in a flexible remote environment. Key responsibilities Communicate with clients to understand their vacation preferences and budgets Research and prepare organized vacation options, including accommodations and activities Assist clients with reservations, documentation, and provide ongoing support throughout the planning process Required qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Must reside in the United States or Mexico Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or compatible device Willingness to complete required training and continuing education Customer service, hospitality, administrative, or sales experience is helpful but not required
