Senior On-Site IT Technician - Endpoints & Support

Health Alliance Plan in Troy, MI seeks a Senior IT Technician to provide on-site, in-house and remote technical support for endpoints including PCs, laptops, tablets, phones and printers. You will install, configure and resolve incidents, lead key initiatives, and guide junior staff.
