Logistics Coordinator
Contract-to-Hire | Fully On-Site | Northwest Indianapolis
Our client, a growing service company on the northwest side of Indianapolis, is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support projects from planning through completion. This role is ideal for someone who ishighly organized, customer-focused, and enjoys managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate projects and track project timelines
- Prepare quotes and invoices for freight, storage, and installation/dismantle services
- Schedule freight shipments and coordinate third-party installation partners
- Manage project documentation, client orders, and event requirements
- Prepare project packets for warehouse and field teams
- Track paperwork, show requirements, and project deliverables
- Maintain organized digital and physical project files
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution
Preferred Experience
- 2+ years project coordination, logistics, customer service, administrative support, or event management
- Experience with quoting, invoicing, freight coordination, or vendor management
