Part‑time and FOX Flex (PRN) will be pro‑rated. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program Basic computer and EMR proficiency Current CPR certification Physical Requirements Exert medium physical effort, including lifting 25–50 lbs occasionally, 10–25 lbs frequently, and up to 10 lbs constantly Perform CPR Provide moderate to maximum assistance with patient transfers and bed mobility Reposition patients, stand/walk for extended periods, climb stairs, and perform therapeutic activities Drive to patient homes and senior living communities as part of the Geriatric House Calls™ model Wear PPE when required Equal Opportunity Employer FOX Rehabilitation is an equal opportunity employer.
