Job Description As a Security Flex Officer - shopping mall you will serve and safeguard clients in a residential community such as a gated community, condominium, or apartment complex. Must have excellent Customer Service skills, Professional attitude & Magnificent work ethic. Minimum Requirements Be at least 21+ years of age. Must have excellent customer service, be professional & responsible. Required, ability to use a computer or tablet. Required, comfortable working outdoors in all elements of the weather for the entire shift. Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience. Responsibilities Provide customer service to our clients by conducting safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and, if appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
