This full-time, onsite role supports both the sales floor and donation operations while delivering respectful, customer-centric service.Key responsibilities include receiving and processing donations (evaluation, pricing, tagging), merchandising items for sale, operating the POS with accuracy and courtesy, and keeping the sales floor recovered and presentable. You'll spend time preparing items for the shelves, adjusting displays so the store feels welcoming, and helping shoppers and donors with calm, respectful communication.
