Job Requirements Education and Work Experience High School Education/GED or equivalent: Required Zero‑Two years of HR, administrative, or customer service experience: Preferred Essential Functions Provides administrative support to the HR team, including customer support, answering phone, data entry, and record maintenance. Assists with onboarding and offboarding procedures. Responds to routine employee inquiries and escalates issues as needed. Supports HR compliance by maintaining accurate documentation and assisting with audits. Helps schedule meetings, training sessions, and HR‑related events.
