Do you enjoy meeting new people, closing deals, and being out in the field instead of stuck behind a desk? We're looking for a motivated, outgoing, and goal-driven person to join our team as a Commercial Window Cleaning Sales Rep .

Your mission? Help businesses keep their buildings looking sharp by selling our window cleaning and exterior services. If you've got hustle, great people skills, and know how to follow up without being pushy, this could be a great fit.

Compensation is Base Plus Commission. THIS IS A COMMISSION JOB. NO CAP ON THE COMMISSION PAYOUT!!

Fish Window Cleaning is the largest professional window cleaning company in the US. We have been in business for over 40 years, servicing Northern VA for about 20 years. We clean commercial and residential property windows. We work M-F, no weekends, no nights, no holidays

What You'll Be Doing:

• Reaching out to local businesses, property managers, and building owners
• Setting appointments, doing site walk-throughs, and creating quotes
• Building long-term relationships with clients
• Working with our operations team to hand off new jobs smoothly.
• Tracking leads, deals, and follow-ups in our CRM
• Hitting monthly sales goals and celebrating wins with the team

What We're Looking For:

• No sales experience or Some sales experience (bonus if it's in cleaning, janitorial, or service industries)
• Confident communicator who's good with people.
• Self-starter who can manage their own schedule.
• Comfortable doing on-site visits (you'll need a driver's license + your own vehicle)
• Organized, reliable, and goal oriented.

We clean glass at commercial and residential locations; including retail locations, office buildings, and malls from 1 to 3 stories. Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver's license to be considered for employment.
