Registered Behavioral Technician

Registered Behavioral Technician/ABA Therapist - Part-Time

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Implement treatment plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Monitor and document patient progress.
• Provide support and training to families and caregivers on implementing behavior strategies

Office hours M-F 8:30am-4:30pm
Saturday-Closed
Sunday-Closed

Requirements

• Experience working with children or individuals with autism spectrum disorder preferred
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis techniques and principles
• Ability to follow detailed treatment plans and collect accurate data
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, and team members
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using electronic data collection systems for tracking patient progress
