This full-time opportunity offers competitive compensation of $28-$33 per hour , along with an approved sign-on and relocation bonus of up to $10,000 . Key Responsibilities As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will: Implement physical therapy programs and treatment plans developed by physical therapists. Provide therapeutic treatments and rehabilitation activities to patients. Help patients restore, reinforce, and improve their physical abilities. Monitor patient progress and provide appropriate feedback to the rehabilitation team. Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care. Work collaboratively with physical therapists and other healthcare professionals. Support patients and their families by providing high-quality rehabilitation services. Adapt treatment approaches according to individual patient needs. Make appropriate referrals when additional care or services are required. Maintain a caring, respectful, and professional environment focused on patient recovery. Reporting To: Director of Rehabilitation Qualifications Applicants should meet the following requirements: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). Current physical therapist assistant license or eligibility for licensure according to the requirements of the state of practice.
