Opportunity Details Medicus has partnered with a medical center in Des Moines, Iowa, with a contract assignment for a Gastroenterologist to assist their team. Assignment Details: Schedule: 7a-3:30p, 2 days per week No call or weekends required 10-12 cases per day Duties: Evaluations, follow‑ups, consults, and procedures Full range of colonoscopy and EGD procedures, including biopsies, polypectomies, snare removals, ablations, variceal banding, and control of bleeding Any active, unrestricted U.S. medical license accepted EMR: CPRS Must be board-certified DEA, BLS/ACLS required Paid travel & expenses During your time off, walk or bike along miles of interconnected riverfront trails, stroll through a revitalized downtown market, and visit a science center with interactive exhibits.
