Fire Sprinkler Fitter

Responsibilities • Installing, testing, and maintaining fire sprinkler systems, fire hydrants, and fire pumps as per National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards and local codes.
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing existing fire protection systems to identify and repair malfunctions.
• Collaborating with fellow technicians and management to ensure efficient project completion.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area, including tools and equipment.
• Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
• Traveling to various customer locations within the assigned region.
Requirements • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand and power tools. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong note-taking skills.
• Ability to work in physically demanding conditions, including climbing ladders, scaffolding, and working in confined spaces.
• Highschool diploma, or GED/equivalent; required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the fire protection industry, preferably with experience in commercial and residential settings.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
