Housekeeper

Full Time Clearwater, FL, US NM Residential is seeking an experienced Housekeeper to join our luxury apartment community in Clearwater, Florida. The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall presentation of the community. This position plays an important role in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and prospective residents by ensuring that common areas, amenities, model apartments, and vacant units are maintained to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities Clean and maintain leasing offices, clubhouse, fitness center, laundry rooms, restrooms, hallways, stairwells, elevators, and other common areas. Clean and prepare vacant apartments and model units for new residents. Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize interior spaces. Clean windows, mirrors, glass doors, and other surfaces as needed. Maintain clean floors, including carpet cleaning and floor care when necessary. Empty trash receptacles throughout the property and maintain dumpster and compactor areas. Restock restroom supplies and cleaning materials. Clean and maintain pool areas and outdoor amenity spaces. Perform light exterior cleaning, including sidewalks, breezeways, curbs, and parking areas. Assist with light landscaping duties such as watering plants and removing weeds when needed. Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when replenishment is needed. Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to the Maintenance Team. Follow all company safety policies, Fair Housing regulations, and company standards. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous housekeeping, janitorial, hotel, apartment, or commercial cleaning experience preferred. Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of quality. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including bending, standing, walking, climbing stairs, and reaching throughout the workday. Skills and Abilities Strong attention to detail. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize daily tasks efficiently. Positive attitude with a strong customer service mindset. Ability to work well with residents, coworkers, and management. Knowledge of safe cleaning practices and proper use of cleaning products and equipment.
