This role will define how Al agents proactively identify opportunities, take actions, and orchestrate workflows across agreements to unlock business value.You will shape the vision, strategy, and roadmap for building intelligent, proactive systems that go beyond static agreement management-transforming agreements into actionable insights and autonomous workflows. You will deeply understand procurement user journeys, identify opportunities for automation and augmentation, and deliver experiences that drive measurable outcomes such as cost savings, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency. Here is the demo of the Agreement Manager product.This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Director, Product Management.ResponsibilityDefine and execute the product strategy and roadmap for agentic Al experiences within Docusign Navigator and Intelligent Agreement ManagementIdentify high-impact procurement workflows where Al agents can recommend, automate, or take action (e.g., savings identification, renewal optimization, vendor analysis)Develop a deep understanding of procurement personas (procurement leaders, finance, operations) and their end-to-end workflowsPartner with Research to uncover unmet needs and validate new agent-driven use casesCollaborate closely with Engineering, Design, and Data/Al teams to build scalable, intelligent systemsDefine product requirements that balance automation, control, and trust in Al-driven workflowsEstablish success metrics (e.g., savings realized, time saved, adoption of recommendations) and iterate based on dataDrive cross-functional alignment across Product, GTM, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure successful launchesPresent product strategy and progress to executive stakeholders and influence decision-making across teamsOperate effectively in ambiguous environments and influence without authorityJob DesignationHybrid:Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Docusign reserves the right to change a position's job designation depending on business needs and as permitted by local law.What you bringBasic12+ years of product management or related experienceExperience building Al-powered products, automation systems, or intelligent workflowsExperience connecting customer problems to scalable solutionsExperience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Data/AI, Marketing, and SalesExperience defining metrics, running experiments, and making data-driven decisionsPreferredExperience building products for procurement, finance, or enterprise operationsFamiliarity with LLMs, agentic systems, or Al-driven decisioning frameworksStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize customer insights, data, and market trendsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including creating clear product narratives and requirementsAbility to simplify complex systems into intuitive user experiencesExperience working in enterprise SaaS environmentsWage TransparencyPay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:Washington: $186,100.00 - $262,825.00 base salaryThis role is also eligible for the following:Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals.
