Job Description
- Create Tailored Therapy Programs: Assess patients' individual needs and devise personalized treatment plans aimed at helping them achieve their functional goals
- Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based interventions to promote improvements in patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and daily living tasks
- Engage with Multidisciplinary Teams: Collaborate with OTs, PTs, STs, medical doctors, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care
- Educate Patients and Families: Equip patients and their caregivers with the necessary skills and knowledge to continue progress at home
- Track Progress and Adjust Treatments: Monitor clinical results and adapt treatment plans accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes for patients
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
- Encouragement for ongoing education and professional development opportunities
- Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
- NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandated
