Your Role

As an Occupational Therapist here, you'll go beyond addressing symptoms-you'll assist in renewing routines, restoring confidence, and rekindling happiness in everyday life. Whether it's guiding stroke survivors through fine motor skill rehabilitation or aiding orthopedic patients on their journey to mobilization post-surgery, you will leverage all your expertise to provide holistic care that champions resilience and independence.

This is a workplace that thrives on the narratives of its patients - it's a space where each therapeutic interaction represents a unique chapter in their individual stories of recovery.

Collaboration is at the forefront here. You'll engage closely with other therapists, physicians, nurses, and social workers to develop rehabilitation plans as distinctive as the individuals for whom they're designed.

Why You Will Enjoy the Team and the Dynamic Environment

We've cultivated a supportive and empowering atmosphere within our rehab team. Here, it's not just about taking care of business - we cheer one another on, share insights, and celebrate all victories (big and small). This vibrant workplace values your perspective, nurtures your growth, and allows you to witness the tangible impacts of your efforts each day.

And let's talk about your future home - Moreno Valley, a hidden gem in sunny California, offers stunning mountain vistas and a community rich in cultural diversity and artistic expression. You can indulge in relaxed weekends filled with farmer's markets, outdoor adventures, or simply unwind in a spirit of calmness and beauty.

Your Ideal Candidate

We are in search of an individual who views occupational therapy as a vocation driven by passion. You should feel a spark of joy when witnessing a patient relearn to use their hand, take fewer steps with assistance, or finally articulate what has been inside them for too long.

Whether you are a veteran OTR/L or freshly minted certification holder, you will find fulfillment here if you approach your work with heart, diligence, and humility. If you are eager to integrate high-quality care with an enriching lifestyle - this position is meant for you.

You will achieve all this within a region known for its perfect balance of ambition and tranquility.
