Express Service Technician - We are seeking an entry-level Express Service Technician with a positive attitude and willingness to learn to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostics, repairs and maintenance on a variety of vehicles, keep detailed records of work performed, and stay current with the latest automotive technology and industry standards. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Troubleshoot, analyze, and complete repairs Complete oil, lube, and filter changes Perform necessary diagnostics and inspections Communicate vehicle maintenance and repair needs effectively to Service Writers Develop new skills through ASE certification and factory training as required by management Input repair information into computer system Perform other miscellaneous shop duties as required by management Qualifications: Technician experience preferred but not required Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment to diagnose and repair issues Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members Physical stamina to perform tasks that involve lifting heavy parts and working in various positions Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires Job Type: Full-time Pay range: $16–$18 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications) Paid Training: Yes Benefits: 401(k) AD&D insurance Dental insurance Disability insurance Employee discount Flexible spending account Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Opportunities for advancement Paid sick time Paid time off Referral program Vision insurance On-the-job training Paid training Professional development assistance Schedule: Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Supplemental pay types: Bonus opportunities Application Question(s): Are you willing and able to complete a background check?
