Travel Pay:
Travel Rate (based on 36 hours): Hourly $18.07, Stipend (Lodging $511.00 + M&I $294.00) = $805.00, Total Comp :$1,453.72
Travel Eligibility: Candidates must live at least 50 miles from the facility to qualify for Travel Pay.

Shift Details:
- Day and night shift - 12 hour
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs and report changes in condition.
- Assist with patient assessments and implement individualized care plans.
- Perform wound care, specimen collection, and other basic nursing procedures.
- Document patient care accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and treatment plans.
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers.
Minimum Qualifications
- Current, valid, and unrestricted Kentucky license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a LPN within the last 3 years
- Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.
- Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (Healthcare Provider BLS certification; TB screening with negative PPD, QuantiFERON-TB Gold, or T-SPOT results; Hepatitis B Consent/Declination Form; and proof of Rubella, Rubeola, and Varicella vaccination or titers).
