Client Account Specialist

To support the billing and collections department, the full-time remote Client Account Specialist will manage aged accounts receivable, facilitate timely collections, and maintain accurate records while collaborating with billing attorneys and specialists. Key Responsibilities Review aged accounts receivable and coordinate with billing attorneys and clients to ensure timely collections Proactively address problematic accounts and collaborate with the collections team to resolve issues Update the collections database and create spreadsheets detailing billing, payments, and outstanding invoices Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree 2+ years of experience in a law firm as an accounts receivable professional 2+ years of successful experience in facilitating payment of outstanding invoices Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel and collection software Understanding of the firm's business processes and operations
