Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (18:00–06:00) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to Labor and Delivery patients, with postpartum experience preferred
• Care for high-risk OB patients within a culturally diverse patient population
• Circulate on cesarean sections as required
• Float within scope of practice to meet facility staffing needs, including potential float to nearby sister facilities
• Maintain expected patient care standards across an average daily census of 15–20 patients
• Commit to working 3 of the 5 designated holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day

Required Qualifications

• Active, valid California RN state license required; compact license must be in hand at time of submission — pending licenses are not accepted
• Minimum 1 year of Labor and Delivery experience required
• BLS certification required
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible as a standard traveler
• All RTO and specific scheduling requests must be submitted upfront at time of submission; post-offer RTO requests may not be considered or granted
• RTO requests are limited to no more than 7 days for the duration of the contract

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Postpartum nursing experience strongly preferred
• Experience working with high-risk OB populations
• Prior travel nursing experience welcomed; first-time travelers are also considered
