Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist (SEM & Paid Social) to lead strategy and hands-on execution across search and social channels. In this role, you will take full ownership of a dual-engine ecosystem: primary paid search (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and app store platforms) complemented by paid social (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Reddit). This is a balance of high-level strategy and technical execution. You will build granular campaign architectures, implement advanced bid automation, and drive data-informed testing roadmaps that connect media performance directly to revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Strategic Campaign Leadership: Own end-to-end strategy for paid search as the core acquisition engine, integrating paid social to build high-converting, full-funnel media plans tied to business KPIs. Keyword & Query Architecture: Conduct end-to-end keyword research, volume sizing, and query mapping using tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to build structured, scalable ad accounts. Automation & Efficiency: Partner with internal ad-tech teams to leverage smart bidding, feed-based automation, and custom scripts to maximize efficiency at scale. Tracking & Analytics: Manage conversion tag implementation (GA4, GTM, CRM integrations) and troubleshoot tracking issues to maintain clean data integrity and robust multi-touch attribution. Reporting & Stakeholder Management: Build dynamic dashboard reporting (Looker Studio, Supermetrics) to deliver executive-level narratives and actionable performance insights to cross-functional leaders and clients. Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate with Creative, SEO, and Analytics teams to align media execution with overarching growth strategies and beta platform opportunities. Qualifications Experience: 5+ years of hands-on paid search management, ideally within an agency or fast-paced performance environment. Platform Expertise: Advanced mastery of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta; working knowledge of LinkedIn, Reddit, or App Store campaigns (Apple Search Ads, Google UAC) is a strong plus. Tooling & Analytics: Proven proficiency with keyword analysis tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs), reporting tools (Looker Studio, Supermetrics), and analytics engines (GA4, GTM). Financial Oversight: Track record of managing substantial media spend with direct accountability for ROAS, CPA, and ROI targets.
