This role ensures projects are executed safely, on time, within budget, and to the company’s high-quality standards, maintaining Groundworks’ reputation for reliable and professional foundation solutions.**Duties and Responsibilities*** Plan, organize, and supervise onsite construction activities specific to foundation repair and related groundwork services.* Manage and coordinate multiple crews and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow and project completion.* Monitor project schedules and adjust resources to meet deadlines.* Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA standards on all job sites.* Conduct quality inspections to ensure work meets design specifications and company standards.* Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to provide updates and resolve issues.* Lead safety meetings and training sessions to promote a safety-first culture.* Oversee logistics including equipment, materials, and site access to maintain clean, safe, and efficient work environments.* Mentor and support field staff and junior superintendents to develop their skills.* Investigate incidents or accidents and implement corrective measures to prevent recurrence.* Assist with budgeting and cost control related to field operations.* It is an essential function of this job that the employee regularly and reliably reports to work on time each working day.* Perform other duties as necessary or assigned.**Qualifications*** Minimum 6 years of experience in construction supervision, preferably in foundation repair, concrete lifting, or related groundwork.* Strong knowledge of foundation repair techniques, waterproofing, crawl space encapsulation, and concrete leveling.* Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple crews and subcontractors.* Excellent understanding of safety regulations and ability to enforce them effectively.* Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project schedules.* Strong communication and organizational skills.* Experience with project management software is a plus.* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.* Commitment to uphold Groundworks’ standards of professionalism and customer service.**Working Conditions*** Full-time* Onsite* Ability to sit for extended periods, use fine motor skills for tasks like typing and document handling, good vision for reading and reviewing documents, and clear communication abilities for in-person and phone interactions with employees.* Minimal physical exertion beyond basic mobility around the office environment, or travel to different locations by car or through airports and flights.**What We Offer:*** Competitive base pay + position specific bonus and/or commission program* Best-in-class Branch Manager in Training Program to help you start strong* Continued support through professional development & annual Summits* Company cell phone, vehicle and fuel card (eligibility based on position)* Performance opens doors to elite recognition, trips & events* Annual Tribe Appreciation Tour, holiday & volunteer events* Upward mobility - we promote from within 80% of the time* When you win, you own it—our Employee Ownership Program lets you share the upside.* Tuition Reimbursement Program - we invest in your development!* Work-life balance - 2 weeks PTO and 6 paid holidays* US: Affordable and comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, long & short-term disability, company-paid life insurance, 401(k) and company match & paid maternity leave* Canada: Affordable and comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, long & short-term disability, and company paid life insurance2333 Courage Dr STE CFairfield, CA 94533 #J-18808-Ljbffr
