Group Copy Supervisor

Group Copy Supervisor – GSW Santa Monica Our GSW Santa Monica team is looking for a Group Copy Supervisor with strong conceptual thinking and a proven ability to bring ideas to life. This role requires someone who can balance creativity with strategic thinking and deliver high-quality work that meets client objectives. Hybrid: 2 days/week in Santa Monica office for those in Los Angeles area. Remote candidates on West Coast are welcome. East Coast candidates are not considered. Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional partners to create novel and original work in a variety of mediums—print, digital and beyond. Strong communication and collaboration skills to partner effectively with cross-functional team. Write long‑form copy, establish and manage brand tone, claims, and overall copy consistency. Guide and develop product/service/brand information that bolsters the creative group’s conceptual ideas and executions. Understand and implement creative direction based on objectives and execute creative work effectively. Communicate workload appropriately based on skill sets and talents; keep others informed of workload issues, needs, progress, and results. Essential Requirements 5‑7 years’ experience at a pharmaceutical advertising agency. A portfolio that demonstrates strong conceptual ability and creative problem‑solving. Experience developing work for both patient and HCP audiences. Client‑facing experience is a plus. Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in advertising, communications, or journalism, and/or coursework related to pharmaceutical advertising or life sciences. The annual base salary ranges from $130,000 to $145,000, varying by qualifications, skills, and performance. Certain positions may include eligibility for commissions or bonus.
