Die Setter We're looking for a hands-on Die Setter to join our Willoughby, OH team and play a vital role in setting up and optimizing stamping operations! Job Requirements: Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot tooling, presses, and controls for blanking, piercing, and forming operations to ensure efficient production. Perform first-piece inspections, verify quality standards, and document critical setup information for consistent production runs. Install, remove, maintain, and organize dies and tooling while identifying repair needs and supporting preventive maintenance efforts. Train and support press operators by ensuring proper job setup, safe operating procedures, and production requirements are understood.
