About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their executive leadership team. The CFO will be a key partner in driving the company's financial performance, strategic decisions, and corporate goals. This role involves overseeing all aspects of the finance and accounting function, acting as a trusted advisor to the President and the Board of Directors, and leading the company through its next phase of growth. The ideal candidate will have a balanced background in financial leadership, manufacturing operations, business partnership, and strategic decision-making, with a proven track record in supporting acquisitions, driving operational improvements, and influencing business performance across a diversified portfolio. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline, with a CPA or CMA strongly preferred. An MBA is also desirable. The successful candidate will have at least 15 years' of progressive finance leadership experience within a complex, multi-entity manufacturing, industrial, or distribution organization, with a focus on significant inventory operations. Experience in M&A within an acquisitive, growth-oriented environment is essential. The CFO must be a strategic thinker, a change agent, and possess strong leadership traits, including the ability to cultivate relationships, collaborate effectively, and demonstrate integrity and ethics. The role requires a high capacity to multi-task, manage competing priorities, and the ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
