Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate the delivery of quality nursing care in accordance with ANA Standards of Nursing Practice
• Provide leadership by working cooperatively with clinical personnel while maintaining standards of professional nursing practice
• Support the philosophy and goals of the PACU clinical area
• Participate in shared governance and uphold nursing obligations that guide professional practice

Required Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of RN PACU experience required
• Current RN license to practice in Colorado, in good standing
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association required
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification through the American Heart Association required
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification through the American Heart Association required
• Current Flu Vaccine required – no exemptions accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a fast-paced acute care or surgical hospital environment
• Strong communication and collaborative skills within multidisciplinary care teams
