Compassionate Caregiver in Longmont

Join Flat Irons Flex Care, a leading provider of home care services, and make a difference in the lives of our clients in Longmont, Colorado. We are seeking a dependable, compassionate Caregiver to provide personal care and support to multiple clients in Longmont.

About the Role

As a Caregiver with Flat Irons Flex Care, you will be visiting up to three clients per day, delivering high-quality, personalized care across each visit. The ideal candidate is flexible, organized, and comfortable managing a varied daily schedule. Our ideal candidate will have prior caregiving experience, strong communication skills, and a compassionate, patient demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed

• Perform light housekeeping (cleaning, laundry, tidying living spaces)

• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversation and activities

• Run errands for clients (grocery shopping, prescription pick-up, appointments)

• Transport clients as needed using personal vehicle

• Monitor and report changes in each client's health, mood, or well-being

• Maintain accurate care notes for each client visit

Requirements

• Reliable personal vehicle required for transportation between clients and running errands

• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance

• Prior caregiving experience preferred

• Ability to manage time effectively across multiple client visits per day

• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor

• Ability to follow individualized care plans for each client

• Background check required

• References from previous caregiving positions preferred
