Territory Sales Representative

Job Type: Regular • Work Location: Arlington, TX 76011 • Pay: Starting at $19.00/hr • Schedule: Wednesday – Sunday Overview HP and 2020 Companies have partnered to hire a HP Territory Retail Sales Representative in your area. In this role, you will be responsible for visiting 1–4 stores per day based on need and driving sales by training retail associates on HP products while creating buzz and excitement around the HP brand. You will increase brand awareness and the retail presence through store displays, product placement, and building rapport within your territory to put HP front and center within the retail environment. Day‑in‑the‑Life Demonstrate HP products to store management, staff, and customers at retailers in the assigned territory Increase sales and product awareness through training and hands‑on consumer‑facing activities Achieve and maintain program KPIs on a monthly/quarterly basis Build rapport within territory at each retailer with store management and staff Schedule and facilitate sales and product trainings Assess and communicate needs such as marketing material and promotional collateral, etc. Assess customer needs and make product recommendations that are applicable to their everyday life Document and report sales, schedules, activities and best practices Collect customer feedback and provide insight and recommendations Set and maintain brand merchandising in retail locations and ensure all brand standards are followed Coach and mentor part‑time co‑workers Manage a territory of stores independently with minimal oversight Success Metrics Meet established metrics Visit multiple store locations on a daily basis Schedule store visits two weeks in advance Execute sales activities inside each location during all visits Establish, maintain, and influence business relationships Record and maintain appropriate documentation for each visit Qualifications Problem‑solving, tech‑savvy enthusiast Outgoing personality and eagerness to learn Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation of products, and interpersonal skills Ability to engage in a selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs Strong analytical skills and customer service orientation Strong multi‑tasking skills, time management and attention to detail Reliable transportation and state‑required minimum liability automobile insurance coverage 1 year retail experience in electronics, tech or wireless (a plus) 1 year training experience (a plus) Manager, assistant manager, and key holder experience (a plus) High school diploma or GED equivalent required 6+ months previous retail selling experience in consumer electronics or other technical/wireless products preferred 6+ months of successful training experience, preferably within direct marketing/telecommunications Benefits Weekly pay or next‑day pay on‑demand with DailyPay Stable and flexible weekly schedule (Wednesday–Sunday) Paid travel & mileage for traveling within territory Equipment provided $50 per month in technology reimbursement Eligible for medical, dental, and vision benefits Paid time off, paid holidays, paid birthday, and paid week off after Christmas Paid training to stay updated on the newest, most innovative HP products Represent one of the most environmentally friendly companies worldwide Equal Employment Opportunity All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, pregnancy, disability, age, veteran status, or other dimensions of identity. #J-18808-Ljbffr
