Business Sales Consultant Needed In Tuscaloosa

Sales:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share
• Identify and prospect potential clients in the petroleum industry, building strong relationships and understanding their needs
• Negotiate and close sales agreements, find real estate that is developable, and seek out potential acquisition of petroleum companies

Asset Management:

• Oversee and manage a portfolio of petroleum assets, real estate, and equipment
• Optimize asset utilization and profitability, analyzing market trends and making data-driven decisions
• Collaborate with tenants of leased assets in order to improve their same station sales

Requirements:

• Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience
• Strong understanding of the sales, including products, pricing, and market dynamics
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Analytical mindset, with the ability to gather and analyze data to drive informed decision-making
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite

Salary Range is $55k-$75k DOE Commission structure above base salary for any new business obtained Full benefits package
