Senior Supply Chain Manager

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Manager for a leading aerospace and defense client. This individual will lead complex, high-value supply chain portfolios while managing teams and driving execution across multiple large-scale programs. The role requires a strategic leader with deep subcontracting and supply chain expertise who can collaborate closely with engineering, ensure compliance, and oversee supplier performance. This is a high-impact position supporting mission-critical programs with significant visibility and growth opportunity.

Salary: ~$195K base - potential expansion to $210-215k / ~$50K sign-on bonus + full relocation pakage

Day-to-Day:

• Lead and manage multiple high-value supply chain portfolios

• Oversee subcontract strategy, execution, and compliance

• Serve as primary liaison between supply chain, engineering, and customers

• Manage and develop direct reports / supply chain teams

• Drive program execution aligned with EVMS standards

• Engage with suppliers and internal stakeholders on critical deliverables Travel to customer sites as needed to support program success

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 8+ years total experience across:

○ 5+ years Supply Chain (true SC, not procurement-only)

○ 5+ years Subcontracts

○ 2+ years EVMS

○ 3+ years Aerospace & Defense (non-negotiable)

○ 3+ years leadership/people management

• Proven experience managing complex portfolios >$500M (will oversee $2B+ combined)

• Hands-on experience with:

○ Statements of Work (SOWs)

○ Supplier/subcontract negotiations

○ Engineering collaboration & compliance Willingness to travel ~25% (1 week/month, flexible) across U.S. customer sites
