Advanced Rheumatology of Houston is looking for a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Entry Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our growing outpatient clinic team. This is a great opportunity for an LVN who enjoys building relationships with patients, working as part of a supportive team, and gaining experience in a specialized rheumatology setting. We are looking for someone who is organized, patient-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment. What You'll Do Medication management and maintenance of medication logs. Temperature monitoring and documentation. Receiving, organizing, storing, and monitoring medication deliveries. Rooming patients and preparing them for their visits. Obtaining and documenting patient vital signs. Assisting with patient assessments. Performing laboratory procedures and phlebotomy. Administering and monitoring medication infusions. Assisting with prior authorizations and referrals. Communicating with patients and helping provide a positive, welcoming experience. What We're Looking For Current LVN license. Infusion experience is preferred. Phlebotomy and outpatient clinical experience are preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. A positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. Spanish-speaking skills are a strong plus.
