The ideal candidate is highly organized, accurate, and able to work both independently and within a team environment while maintaining strict confidentiality and data integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create new case records and upload supporting documentation
- Process criminal history and driver license information
- Prepare disposition reports and victim notification letters
- Manage eService requests and incoming video evidence
- Collaborate with court dockets and internal reporting systems
- Perform accurate data entry and verification
- Maintain spreadsheets, including pivot tables
- Support general clerical and administrative functions as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior data entry or clerical experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excel pivot table experience is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional and dependable demeanor
- $16/hour paid monthly
