Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate daily production activities in a fabrication environment Coach, mentor, and develop team members to drive engagement and high performance Maintain a strong presence on the shop floor to support employees and address issues in real time Champion safe work practices and ensure compliance with all safety standards Prioritize workflow to meet production schedules and customer commitments Uphold quality standards and ensure adherence to specifications Identify and implement efficiency and process improvements Hold team members accountable for performance, productivity, and attendance Encourage cross‑training and skill development Foster a respectful, team‑oriented environment Collaborate with scheduling, maintenance, and management to keep operations aligned Required Qualifications Experience in a fabrication or manufacturing setting Hands‑on background with: Laser cutting equipment Press brakes Welding operations Robotic welding systems Leadership experience as a supervisor or team lead Strong understanding of production processes, quality expectations, and safety practices Ability to motivate teams and drive results through accountability Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with: Controlled Warehouse systems Infor ERP
