Warehouse Lead Part Time

Our client, a leading logistics and distribution company, is seeking two Part Time Warehouse Leads join their team. As a Warehouse Lead, you will be part of the operations support team supporting the morning sortation operation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Lead Part - Time

Location: Brooklyn, OH

Pay Range: 21.00

Shift: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM; 5 days per week with 2 consecutive days off.

What's the Job?

• Oversee daily sortation operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy
• Manage staffing coverage and coordinate team schedules
• Maintain operational performance standards and safety protocols
• Provide leadership, coaching, and support to frontline associates
• Drive productivity and operational excellence within the team

What's Needed?

• Experience in warehouse operations and sortation processes
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
• Ability to lead frontline employees in a fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of improving productivity and safety standards
• Strong communication and organizational skills
