Assistant Property Manager

Home Forward is seeking a full-time Assistant Property Manager to support the Williams Plaza Apartments. The Assistant Property Manager coordinates and performs property management duties designed to ensure maximum occupancy, successful residency, program compliance, and resident self-sufficiency. This position is represented by AFSCME Local 3135. The posting is scheduled to close on Tuesday, July 28, 2026 at 11:59 PM. We reserve the right to close the posting early should it reach a certain number of applicants. This is a regular, full time position with compensation starting at $33.16 per hour. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in real estate, business, property management, or a related field preferred.
