Summary As a Program Manager, you will serve as the strategic partner and primary point of contact for assigned customer programs. You will work cross‑functionally with engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, and sales teams to deliver exceptional program outcomes while supporting customer growth and long‑term partnerships. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Lead Customer Relationships Act as the trusted advisor and primary contact for assigned customers Lead business reviews and program communications Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and expand partnerships Own Program Performance Monitor program performance, cost, and delivery metrics Support pricing strategies, RFQs, and contract negotiations Partner with customers and internal teams to manage demand forecasting Drive Program Execution Lead New Product Introductions, engineering changes, and quality improvement initiatives Coordinate cross‑functional teams to meet customer expectations and deadlines Collaborate & Influence Provide guidance to internal customer support teams Partner with site leadership to drive alignment and execution Qualifications Required Experience 7+ years in electronics or PCBA manufacturing 5+ years in a customer‑facing manufacturing or OEM buyer role 3+ years leading cross‑functional teams Preferred Experience Managing complex or multi‑location programs RFQ support and pricing strategy development Margin and performance analysis Key Skills Customer relationship leadership Program and project management Financial and operational analysis Negotiation and executive communication Ability to manage competing priorities Why Milwaukee Electronics?
