Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Representative. The Sales Representative will focus on identifying and qualifying prospective lender clients, conducting outreach via phone, email, video meetings, and online channels, and presenting BuildCheck Pro’s construction risk management services. This role includes managing the sales pipeline, scheduling and leading product demonstrations, preparing proposals, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems. The Sales Representative will collaborate closely with operations and client success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing satisfaction, while meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics. The role also involves monitoring market trends, gathering client feedback, and contributing to continuous improvement of sales strategies and materials.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and business development skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing new business.
• Experience with client communication and relationship management, including presenting to stakeholders and handling objections.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and sales productivity software, and the ability to manage a structured sales pipeline.
• Understanding of financial services or construction industry environments, especially lending or project risk management, is highly beneficial.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and professionally.
• Comfort working remotely, with strong time management, organization, and self-motivation skills.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and client success teams.
