We are expanding our footprint and seeking a strategic, creative professional to lead that charge. We are looking for a Practice Manager who thrives in a purpose-driven environment. In this role, you will lead marketing strategies, build community partnerships, and manage the administrative workflows that keep our patient experience seamless. Oversee branding, social media, email marketing, and website content. Build partnerships with local organizations and referral sources. Track performance metrics (growth, engagement, conversions). Promote new services and locations. Monitor patient feedback and help improve communication strategies. Align messaging and workflows with the admin and clinical teams. Administrative Support Ensure smooth daily office operations. Maintain organized systems for referrals, outreach, and performance tracking. Act as a liaison across marketing, billing, and leadership teams. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 2+ years of marketing or administrative experience; healthcare a plus. Bilingual speaking is a plus. Proficient in Canva, Digital Marketing, Hubspot CRM. Familiarity with EHR systems or healthcare workflows is helpful. Organized, proactive, and team-oriented.
