As a Customer Service Representative, you will play an important role in keeping our customers, sales team, and production departments connected throughout the printing process.

You will serve as a liaison between customers, sales representatives, and production employees, helping ensure print jobs move efficiently from planning through production. This includes creating and finalizing job details in our planning software, entering jobs into production, updating job tickets based on customer requests or changes, and communicating important information to everyone involved.

Success in this position requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced production environment.

• Create, review, and finalize print jobs in our planning software, ensuring job information is complete and accurate.
• Update job tickets promptly and accurately based on customer requests, specifications, or changes.
• Coordinate communication between customers, sales representatives, and production employees to keep jobs moving efficiently.
• Monitor multiple print jobs simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and meeting established deadlines.
• Provide customers and sales staff with timely updates regarding job status, changes, questions, or concerns.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality throughout every stage of the process.
• Assist in resolving customer questions or concerns professionally and effectively.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and other company systems to support communication, documentation, and workflow.
• Build positive working relationships with customers and internal departments through responsive and professional communication.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Active listening and conflict-resolution skills to effectively address customer questions or concerns.
• Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple jobs and priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with customers, sales representatives, and production teams.
• Previous experience with desktop publishing, commercial printing, or print production is preferred but not required.

Monday – Friday | 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Overtime may be available based on business needs.
