We have an exciting part-time job opportunity as an INCLUSION AIDE with our Recreation department. WHAT YOU’LL DO: As an Inclusion Aide, you will play a key role in assisting children and adults with disabilities to participate in recreational programs in a safe and fun environment! This includes assisting our participants with activities and provide accommodations as needed. WHAT YOU’LL BRING: Some knowledge and experience working with children and adults with disabilities. Willingness to learn to better the experience of our participants. WHEN YOU’LL WORK: Staff are able to work as little as 1-2 hours per week all the way up to 13+ hours per week based on the needs of our participants. Majority of shifts fall on weekday evenings (4-7pm) and Saturday/Sunday mornings (8:30am-12pm). WHAT YOU’LL GET: The anticipated starting pay for this $16.50-$18.00/hour, depending on experience This position falls under Pay Grade E with a pay range of $15.00 – $20.00.
