Description Our busy home health agency is rapidly growing and we're seeking an experienced home health aide to assist us in providing superior in-home health care to our clients. Our ideal candidate will have excellent organization and communication skills, and 1-3 years of experience working as an HHA or caregiver. You'll assist our patients with companionship, basic medical care, light housekeeping duties, personal care, and hygiene tasks so that they are empowered to live happily at home. Responsibilities • Administer Medications: Dispense medications as directed by the Registered Nurse (RN), maintaining an annual error rate of no more than one mistake.
• Resident Response: Attend to resident call lights within 10 minutes to ensure responsive and attentive care.
• Light Housekeeping: Perform regular light housekeeping in resident rooms at least once weekly to promote a clean and comfortable living space.
• Service Charting: Accurately document all services provided without missing tasks, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Assistance with ADLs: Support residents in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) according to each individual's Client Service Plan, with a zero-tolerance policy for missed tasks. Qualifications • Extreme Ownership: Demonstrates accountability, ownership of outcomes, and proactively removes obstacles.
