We are currently hiring Full-Time Member Specialist Team Associates to create unforgettable member experiences - the heart of our club.
As a Full-Time Member Specialist Team Associate, you will:
Play a Key Role: Make our club a vibrant part of the Lebanon community by supporting membership drives and increasing sales through new member sign-ups.
Commitment to Full-Time Availability: Available to work 40 hours per week between 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM, five days per week, including at least one weekend day, through the grand opening and beyond.
Bring Energy and Enthusiasm: Love connecting with people and being part of an amazing, dynamic team of co-workers.
Make an Impact: Contribute to your community and improve the lives of our members.
Provide Excellent Service: Have a true passion for connecting with people and delivering outstanding member service.

Live Better U is a company paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $26.00*
* The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
