Overview:
Are you someone who enjoys building relationships, helping customers reach financial goals, and creating a great client experience? Our agency is looking for a Financial Services Representative to join our team and help clients with banking and financial product solutions through our partnership with US Bank.

This is a great opportunity for someone with prior banking experience who enjoys consultative conversations, cross-selling financial products, and working in a professional office environment. If you’ve worked as a Personal Banker, Relationship Banker, or Financial Services Representative at a bank branch, we’d love to connect with you.

Position Details:

• In-office position
• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Full-time or part-time opportunities available
• Hourly pay: $20–25/hour based on experience
• Generous commission structure with strong earning potential

Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with new and existing customers
• Market and sell US Bank financial products and services
• Assist customers with:
  • Credit cards
  • CDs
  • Savings accounts
  • Consumer loans
  • Additional banking products and services
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions
• Provide professional customer service and follow-up
• Support agency growth through referrals and relationship-building
• Maintain accurate documentation and account information
• Obtain insurance licensing after starting in the role to support additional agency services

Qualifications :

• 3-5 years of banking experience required
• Previous experience as a Personal Banker, Relationship Banker, or similar banking role preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable discussing financial products and identifying customer needs
• Sales-minded with a customer-focused approach
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Ability to obtain insurance licensing after hire
