South Shore Hospital is seeking a Lead Pharmacy Technician to oversee the Sterile Products Area under the supervision of the Pharmacy Technician Supervisor and Operations Manager. You will lead a technical team and ensure ongoing training and competency across the shift. You will drive quality, safety, and efficiency by coordinating yearly competencies, mentoring new staff, and ensuring sterile procedures meet USP-797 standards in a busy hospital setting. #J-18808-Ljbffr South Shore Health System
