- Implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base: Demonstrate initiative and creativity in driving growth and exploring new opportunities, embodying a pioneering spirit in the pursuit of excellence.
- Monitor and control slow and non-moving stock levels within company guidelines: Exercise responsible stewardship of resources, optimizing inventory management practices to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
- Utilize existing tools and collaborate with the centralized inventory control team: Ensure prudent use of resources and maintain an appropriate and efficient part inventory, demonstrating good stewardship of company assets.
- Adapt to the evolving needs of the organization and undertake additional responsibilities as required, reflecting our commitment to flexibility and responsiveness in meeting business objectives.
- Associate degree and 6 years of related experience or a Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of related experience preferred. Non-degreed candidates with 10 years of progressive experience in heavy duty truck parts will be considered.
- Demonstrated ability to manage people, processes and priorities.
- Progressive thinker who embraces new ideas and implements change.
- Basic computer skills required; experience with inventory systems, and electronic part catalogs preferred
- Dependable and reliable attendance.
- Valid driver's license required.
