This travel SLP position provides the advantage of collaborating with skilled educators and fellow clinicians in diverse classroom settings—including essential skills, cross-categorical, and speech-only groups—all within a friendly elementary school environment serving kindergarten through fourth grade. Supervise an SLPA, manage a caseload of 35 students, and help children with varying needs unlock their full potential. Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current CCC-SLP certification (ASHA)
• Licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP for the state of Missouri
• Prior experience in pediatric and/or school settings preferred
• Confidence managing diverse caseloads and supervising SLPAs

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to elementary students K-4
• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Supervise and mentor an SLPA
• Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families
• Provide services across essential skills, cross cat, and speech-only classrooms
• Maintain accurate documentation on student progress
