Overview Litigation attorney with a portable book ($300k+) – stable platform, strong support, and leadership invested in your success. Salary: $200,000 – $300,000 per year. Permanent position with a diverse portfolio of clients across employment, land use, education, cannabis, corporate, government, and commercial litigation. Job Details We are seeking a seasoned Litigation Partner to join our primary platform. This role offers autonomy, direct client relationships, and the opportunity to grow practice areas in employment, commercial, land use, education, cannabis, government, and beyond. Responsibilities Managing a diverse portfolio of litigation matters across employment, land use/zoning, education, cannabis, corporate & business, government-related, commercial, and other business litigation. Representing clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings. Providing sound legal advice on complex matters and litigation risks. Developing and implementing effective litigation strategies to achieve favorable client outcomes. Collaborating with partners, associates, and support staff to deliver high‑quality legal services. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders. Staying abreast of legal developments and sharing knowledge with the firm. Engaging in business development activities to attract new clients and expand the firm's base. Qualifications J.D. degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the state bar. Minimum of 8+ years of litigation experience with a focus on employment, land use/zoning, education, cannabis, corporate & business, government-related, commercial, and other business litigation. Proven litigation track record, including trial experience. Excellence in legal research, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Strong client service orientation and relationship building. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong business development acumen.
